- Description
- MCMWTC Contracting Office intends to award a sole source contract. This procurement action is being conducted under FAR part 6.302-2 to: SOC, LLC 2 S Maine Ave Hawthorne, NV 89415 The proposed award is for life support services aboard Hawthorne Army Depot (HWAD). Estimated Cost is $9836.90. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 562991 This notice of intent is not a solicitation for competitive proposals. However, all parties who identify their interest and capability to satisfy this requirement may be considered. No solicitation will be issued, therefore, any requests for the solicitation will not be considered. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received is at the sole discretion of the Government. All interested parties must provide a Capability Statement and explanation of their objection to the sole source procurement in writing via e-mail to: SSgt Chad Cielencki at chad.n.cielencki@usmc.mil within (10) calendar days from the date of this notice. Verification of receipt of electronic transmission is the sole responsibility of the contractor. If no responses are received, an award shall be made to SOC,LLC. All questions concerning this notice must be received within (10) calendar days from the date of this notice. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES Provide life support services aboard HWAD.
