- SALES SOLICITATION/AGREEMENT NUMBER: W912L9-15-R-0010 ISSUED BY: Indiana National Guard QUALIFIED RECYCLE PROGRAM (QRP) Building 250 CAJMTC, 250 Durbin St Edinburgh, IN 46214-5000 ISSUE DATE: 5 February 2015 SUBJECT: Invitation for Multiple Spot Sales w/ Site Visit Sale/Site Visit Date: Thursday, February 19, 2015 Times: Gates open at 9:00 AM EST for viewing of the different sales Bids shall be submitted no later than 10:30 AM EST at a location on site to be determined. Bids will be reviewed by the Contracting Officer and QRP Manager and will be announced starting at 10:30 AM EST. Winning bidders must be prepared to pick-up items within one week of the sale. Payment must be issued upon pick-up for sales #1, 9, 10, and 11. Sales #2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 will be weighed on a certified scale off site during pick-up, weight tickets will be signed by the pick-up driver and government representative. An invoice will be sent to the company for all weighted sales - payable upon receipt. All other sales will have invoices generated no later than Thursday, February 26th. Invoices will be sent to you for your records. Payment by business check or cashier's check will be due upon pick-up of the sale. If you are prepared to make payment the day of the sale and take the items with you, an invoice will be generated that day. All payments must be by business check or cashier's check and shall be made payable in accordance with Article II, #4. Admittance to Camp Atterbury can be gained by bringing your valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and vehicle proof of insurance. You will need to inform the gate that you are here to attend a one-day site visit for the Recycling Center and your POC is Erica Copeland. Please examine the following specifications below and, if interested, respond as outlined above.
