The Department of Veteran Affairs has a need for a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for the removal of old refractory and re-pour of new refractory on the rear door of a York Shipley Boiler to be completed at the Puget Sound VA Healthcare System. This procurement will be 100% set aside for Small Business (SB). Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) before receiving a contract award (go to www.sam.gov to register). The solicitation will be issued on 02/05/2016 through www.fbo.gov, therefore, requests for hardcopies of the solicitation will not be honored.
