Description

SUBJECT: Accreditation of Human Research Protection Programs 1. The Government is only conducting a sources sought to determine interested contractors with the capability of offering accreditation of Human Research Programs for the Institutional Review Board office. This information will assist in identifying contractors are qualified and able to provide optimal accreditation and certification of the noted programs. All information provided is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. 2. Interested contractors shall have full capability of offering accreditation equivalent to the Association for the Accreditation of Human Research protection Programs Inc and shall provide capability of providing this level of certification to email: heather.sorensen@us.af.mil. 3. Is your company a small business? ______________(Yes/ No) 4.
