Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 3, James J. Peters VA Medical Center R&D Service intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the Rehabilitation Outcomes Consulting, LLC., pursuant to FAR 6.302-3; for continuation of essential research and development services to will provide services and deliverables to the Principal Investigator (PI) for the VA RR&D Research Funded Award (RFA) entitled: 'Extending Veteran Participation in the Validation of the SCI-QOL/CAT, (known henceforth as VET SCI-QOL). Specifically the following services are being procured; Data Reception, Maintenance of the Assessment Center Platform, and Analysis of the data for veterans with SCI for reliability and validity. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement to the contracting office no later than Tuesday, February 17, 2015, (8:00AM, EST). Interest/capability statements may be sent to Elaine DiBucci at elaine.dibucci@va.gov. No telephone responses will be accepted. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government
