Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, NJ 07724 intends to enter into a contract for Clinical Assessment, Reporting, and Tracking Program (CART) Services. The TAC intends to award a 12-month firm-fixed-price contract with two 12-month option periods. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 541512. This action is estimated for award in March 2015. The Solicitation Number for this request for quote (RFQ) is VA118-15-R-0127.
