Description

THIS SYNOPSIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. IT IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide facility investment, facility maintenance, grease exhaust duct cleaning and street sweeping for the Naval Research Laboratory Complex located in Washington D.C. The site consists of 92 buildings totaling approximately 3.1M square feet, 277,000 square yards of parking and roads, and 16,500 square yards of sidewalks. Facility is a secure facility. The approximate Solicitation Release Date is anticipated to be February 2015, and will be posted on the NECO and FEDBIZOPPS websites. This solicitation, including all specifications, will only be available in downloadable electronic format. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award.
