- The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) intends to execute delivery order 0023 under basic ordering agreement N00173-13-G-2001 for specialized computer hardware suitable for use in the Annapolis Microsystems proprietary Corefire development environment with an estimated delivery date of 19 June 2015. The potential prime contractor is Annapolis Microsystems located at 190 Admiral Cochrane Drive Annapolis, MD 21401 This order will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S. C. Section 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The proposed action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 utilizing Class J&A number 6.302.1-1-13RV02.
