Description

Procurement SST 4000 CSTM NORFOLK CUSTOM CASCON UPGRADE in accordance with Purchase Request VIBB 15-11-1004 dated December 15, 2014. The contractor shall provide SST 4000 CSTM NORFOLK CUSTOM CASCON UPGRADE, IUID and Shipping. Quantity is 1 each. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Contract. Solicitation will be Sole Source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. FOB at Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. All contractual performance period shall be completed no later than April 30, 2015 after receipt of award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of technically acceptable, price, past performance, performance price tradeoff, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The estimated solicitation issue date is February 11, 2015. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Federal Business Opportunities (FOB) at https://www.fbo.gov to obtain a copy of the solicitation. Choose the RFQ you wish to download.
