Choose the RFP you wish to download. Solicitations are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Arobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com <http://www.adobe.com>. A paper copy of the solicitation will not be available to requestors. The RFP-solicitation issue date 02/27/2015 and respond due date 03/27/2015. This requirement was authorized by purchase request 0056652036 and solicit as Unrestricted for approved source. A Request for Proposal (RFP), SPE4A7-15-R-1626, issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price type contract; on NSN 1685-14-479-8913, Pad, Cushioning for 63 each. Item is not commercial neither is Critical Application. Item is Configuration Controlled and Export Controlled does not apply. Item is in accordance with Cage 23386; PN: 44035791 requirements. The need arrival date (NAD) is 05/25/2015; with an estimated award date (EAD) on 04/30/2015. Based on the NAD (Need Award Date) - EAD (Estimated Award Date) = RDD (Required Delivery Date); the time yields a number for production delivery less than 60 days; therefore, for reliable delivery the acquisition specialist utilized previous production for delivery objective at 230 days total for production 63 each. Production to be delivers at FOB Point @ Origin with Inspection & Acceptance at Origin. Progress Payments are not authorized for this purchase.
