- DLA Land at Aberdeen anticipates issuance of a request for proposal (RFP) on or around 26 February 2015, for the following spare component Handset, H-250B/G NSN: 5965-01-549-6390 supporting the P/O Single Channel and Ground Airborne Radio System (SINCGARS). NSN: 5965-01-549-6390 In accordance with Army Drawing 80063-SM-D-889337 The RFP will result in the award of an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Long Term Contract (LTC) with one 5-year base period and no option periods. The 5-year total Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) is 25,000, Unit of Issue EA. The BEQ for any resultant IDIQ FFP LTC is provided for planning purposes only, and does not represent a guarantee by the Government. The Government is only obligated to order the guaranteed minimum. Guaranteed Minimum: 11,000 Delivery will be to the following address, 90 days after receipt of delivery order: DODAAC: W25G1U W1BG DLA Distribution DDSP New Cumberland Facility 2001 Normandy Drive Door 113 to 134 New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002 FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items The NAICS Code for the NSN is 334419: Other Electronic Component Manufacturing Socioeconomic: 100% Small Business Set-aside This solicitation will be available on the Internet at https://acqusistion.army.mil/asfi after the issue date of on or about 02/26/15. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. There are technical drawings/bid sets available. This solicitation is set-aside for small business. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery and past performance. All parties interested in doing business with Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) (ACC - APG (C4ISR)) and DLA Land at Aberdeen are invited to access the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi?ASFI_FAQ.cfm. Upon accessing this web page, look for the tab titled ASFI for Industry.
