- The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a SOLE_SOURCE Purchase Order using the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation(FAR) Part 13.5 to American Tower LLC, 116 Huntington Ave, Boston, MA 02116, for antenna site space rental at the following three (3) locations: Tower #4319 - Rental of Zapata #1 (TX) tower, 480 feet; Tower #4170 - Rental of Laredo #1 (TX) tower, 300 feet; Tower #35001 - Rental of Robstown #1B/Corpus Christi (TX) tower, 680 feet. Due to the uniqueness of this requirement and the geographical location of these radio towers, no other locations are acceptable. This procurement is a SOLE-SOURCE and NO solicitation is available. Letters and phone calls will not be accepted and will be considered non-responsive to this announcement
