- Attachments D & F- Sample of Task Orders- For Information Only Attachment C Past Performance Evaluation Form Attachment B--QASPISN Attachment A--Schedule of SuppliesServices and PriceCost RFP Cover Letter ISN/ECC Equipment RFP PREVIOUSLY SYNOPSIDED UNDER SOLICITATION NUMBER SAQMMA15R0092 Bureau of International Security and Nonproliferation, Office of Export Control Cooperation (ISN/ECC) The Department of State (DoS), Bureau of International Security and Nonproliferation, Office of Export Control Cooperation has a requirement for contractor(s) to provide qualified personnel for supplies and equipment to foreign governments for use in enforcing strategic trade and border controls, and related installation, maintenance, repair, training and support services. Contractor shall provide qualified personnel to meet or exceed the requirements in the acquisition package/PWS. DoS anticipates a multi-award IDIQ, consisting of three IDIQs. One (1) IDIQ will be set-aside for a Small Business (SASB).The anticipated contractual period of performance will be five years. Task Orders issued under IDIQs will consistent of Firm-Fixed-Price with Cost Reimbursable CLINs. From the date of the posting of this notice, no questions will be answered unless they are submitted in accordance with the instructions of the subsequent solicitation. Do not call the Point of Contacts identified on this notice. Contact with the program office is prohibited; all questions shall be vetted through the contracting activity. The anticipated release date of the RFP is approximately 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. No questions regarding the release date will be answered.
