- This acquisition is to obtain a firm fixed price requirements contract for the purpose of repairing Noun: Alarm Set, Pilot War, NSN 6340-01-318-3876SO (Part Number: AL-9003-11). This requirement will have a basic performance period with a four year ordering periods. The Basic ordering period and ordering period I BEQ for the alarm set, pilot war is 6 each per year, 2 each No Fault Found (NFF) and 1 Beyond Economical Repair (BER). Destination: Robins AFB, GA. Delivery: 60 days after receipt of order or repairable whichever is later. This is a sole source requirement to Orbit Communication Systems, Inc. (CAGE 34NS0) 716 S. Military Trail, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Data or rights are not owned by the Government for this solicitation. Approximate issue date of solicitation is 15 June 2015. Approximate response date is 15 July 2015. Solicitation will be available for viewing or downloading at www.fedbizopps.gov only. No telephone requests. No hard copies will be issued.
