- RFQP05081500016 FY15, QTR 3, DAIRY AND EGG BREAD, DAIRY, AND EGG DELIVERY SCHEDULE Solicitation Instructions The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCC Forrest City is issuing this solicitation, RFQP05081500016, for the requirements of: QUARTERLY DAIRY & EGG ITEMS. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 311999. The solicitation is restricted to 100% small business, FOB Destination, and is a firm-fixed price contract. Delivery dates will begin on April 01, 2015 and end on June 29, 2015. See delivery schedule. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCC Forrest City, 1301 Dale Bumpers Road, Forrest City, Arkansas, 72335. The Government reserves the right to make single or multiple awards based on best value. The Government will award to the responsible quoter(s) whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the Government based on best value. Best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following: price, past performance, quality, comparison with other quotes, and administrative cost. The solicitation will be made available on or about February 12, 2015, and will be posted to the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation.
