Description

THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network-23 Contracting Office (NCO-23), VA Midwest Health Care Network, Fargo, North Dakota 58102-2417, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award either a single firm-fix-price (FFP) requirements type contract for radiopharmaceuticals. The actual solicitation notice will be on or about Tuesday, March 3, 2015, (this is subject to change), the solicitation package will contain the closing date and time for this solicitation. All information for this solicitation will be posted on www.fbo.gov. Offeror's are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all documents and acknowledging any amendments, and should re-visit the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) website periodically to check for any changes to this notice, updates, or amendments without further notice from the issuing Network Contracting Office. No other site shall be used to obtain these documents. In addition, potential offeror's are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package, any other pertinent information and for downloading a copy of the solicitation package. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 325412 and the size standard is $750 employees. All interested firms must be registered and completed reps and certs in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. In the event SAM is inoperable at time of solicitation, 52.212-3 - Offeror Representation and Certifications will be included in solicitation. Written questions shall be submitted to Lance Haman at Lance.Haman@va.gov after issuance of the solicitation.. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for submission of offers. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice. No other information is available until issuance of the solicitation. No phone calls or e-mails to VISN 23 employees during the synopsis and solicitation period concerning this procurement are permitted- ALL questions shall be addressed through the assigned contracting officer.
