Description

Limited Source Justification for Badge Supplies The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a sole source fixed price delivery order against GSA FSS contract for the HID Proximity Cards with and without PKI Chips and customized laminate for the cards to ColorID, LLC, PO Box 1350, Cornelius, NC 28031 under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), prepared in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(c). This acquisition is conducted under the authority of the Multiple-Award Schedule Program (41 U.S.C. 251, et seq, and 40 U.S.C. 501). This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement by written response by 10:00 AM EST on Thursday, February 19 via email to deborah.foley@ic.fbi.gov. Reference- Badge Supplies. Capability statements must contain sufficient detail that clearly demonstrate the contractor's capabilities and the ability to comply with above requirement. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
