- Request for Proposal (RFP), SPE4A7-15-R-1628 PR 56649208 was issued to establish a firm fixed price, Definite Quantity Firm Fixed price type contract for NSN 1560-01-599-8602, Armor, Supplemental IAW with basic drawing NR 8V613 7-511920001, P/N: 7-511920001-005. Approved source Ceradyne CAGE 52969, P/N: 10011919 with AMC/AMSC 3/B. Solicitation is for a total quantity of 40 each. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) as verified on the CSI Data Viewer. Configuration control and Export Control apply. Terms are stipulated as FOB Origin with Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. First Destination Transportation applies. The requested total delivery would be 438 days or best possible delivery. Item is source controlled. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters.
