The link is also here: https://www.fbo.gov/index?s=opportunity&mode=form&id=24e16da2d13f17b0021d55ca5ab9de7e&tab=core&_cview=0 Synopsis: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Europe District, in conjunction with the U.S. Missile Defense Agency (MDA), the U.S. European Command (EUCOM) and the U.S. Navy, will be holding an Industry Day in Warsaw, Poland on Wednesday, February 11th, 2015 beginning at 0900 hours. The address of the conference facility is: Ministerstwo Gospodarki Plac Trzech Krzy y 3/5 00-507 Warszawa Poland The conference room is in the main building of the Ministry of Economy but the entrance to the conference room will be arranged from Hoza street from the opposite side of the main entrance to the building. The objective of this conference is to provide information on the general scope of work, the required infrastructure and facilities, and potential construction and services opportunities to support a planned U.S. missile defense asset deployment in Poland. All briefings will be presented in English with simultaneous Polish Translation. USACE anticipates that two (2) contracts will ultimately be awarded. One contract will include all MDA facilities to include all infrastructures for the entire U.S. site. As this contract will contain some classified information, the Prime Contractor for this contract will be required to hold a Facility Security Clearance. The second contract will include all U.S. Navy facilities with some limited infrastructure on the U.S. site. This contract will not require the Prime Contractor to hold a Facility Security Clearance. Industry Day is an unclassified event. The facilities are not handicapped accessible. Photo identification will be required at check-in. This is a no cost event. Services for this contract will include real property repair and maintenance, environmental work, force protection work, utility infrastructure, and construction services. Task Orders will primarily address utility infrastructure, general building renovation, road and pavement repair, and general environmental work including, but not limited to, incidental minor construction, excavation, plumbing, demolition, electrical, structural, mechanical, concrete work, and environmental remedial work. Project work may also include Force Protection type projects and Design Build projects for various construction and utility infrastructure type projects. The MATOC work will be geographically located primarily throughout Poland. The Government will evaluate and select for contract award two or more qualified Offerors. A best value determination will be made for the MATOC awards. This contract will include a base period, not-to-exceed (NTE) one year and four option periods (NTE one year each), for a total contract performance period NTE five years with a minimum guarantee of $5,000.00 for the entire contract. The maximum contract value is not-to-exceed $49,999,500 for the base and option periods. Individual projects issued under the MATOC will contain their own estimated values. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Europe District Contracting Branch, Wiesbaden, Germany will be the procuring office. Solicitation documents (Request for Proposals and all other applicable documents) will be available on or about 20 January, 2015 and the approximate proposal due date will be on or about 30 February, 2015. The proposals will be evaluated and award made utilizing Best Value Trade-Off source selection policies and procedures in accordance FAR Subpart 15.3 SOURCE SELECTION.
