- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. The RFQ number is VA261-15-Q-0318. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-78. The NAICS code is 541611 and the small business size standard is $15M. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VA Pacific Islands Health Care System (VAPIHCS), is seeking claims adjudication services located at 459 Patterson Road, Honolulu, HI 96819-1522. The requirement is for one base year and one option year. Period of Performance will commence on or about 3/1/15 to 2/29/16. Any questions regarding this solicitation must be made in writing and submitted no later than February 23, 2015, 12:00 pm HST. Quotes are due 2/26/15, 12:00 pm, Hawaii Standard Time (HST).
