- Description
- Justification The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, Software Section (DITCO/PL8321), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source award to Persistent Systems, Inc. The purpose of this procurement is to provide sole source, ChemLMS software support renewal for Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard. Persistent Systems, Inc. has been granted rights as the sole provider for support and maintenance of all ChemLMS LIMS and QC Client SW and is responsible for all version releases, patches, and software support. Contract award cannot be made to any contractor not enrolled in the Department of Defense (DOD) System for Award Management (SAM) database. The SAM website is http://www.sam.gov. This notice of intent expires at 11:00 AM CST on February 25, 2015.
