- This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualified small businesses relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 518210 Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services. The U.S. Military Academy (USMA) West Point, NY is seeking a well-qualified data storage provider that specializes in university and collegiate recruiting and enrollment with an integrated constituent relations management function and possesses proven experience providing data management in the higher education industry. The vendor must be able to provide data management for up to 500,000 records and up to 100 data fields; provide graphical user interface for up to 500 users to query the database using multiple data fields; allow USMA and third party access to query, update and to the database; provide a CRM solution capable of managing up to 10 different communications plans; and provide an event management tool. The vendor must be able to provide integrated data management and CRM solution that provides a relational data structure, life-cycle student tracking, universal search capability, flexible data integration, advanced analytics and reporting and behavioral-based messaging. All interfaces must be computer and tablet compatible. Qualified vendors must meet the following: - Have a minimum of five years experience managing pre-applicant and applicant information for colleges and universities - Have a current portfolio of a least twenty direct customers that are four year colleges and universities - Have a current relationship with an integrated marketing company that is focused on college and university marketing and enrollment Interested sources are requested to submit an email delineating qualification, capabilities, and experience for providing these services. Sources must sufficiently demonstrate the capability to perform these services and must provide detailed experience and qualifications in all previous work pertinent to this effort. Please include your business size with your submittal. This is not a Request for Proposal or an announcement of a solicitation and no solicitation package exists at this time. Your responses will be used solely for market research purposes of the Government. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and submittals will not be returned to the sender. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) is 518210 Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services and the small business size standard is $32.5M. Responses due are to be submitted by e-mail to andrew.redfern@usma.edu. The information requested must be received no later than 12:00 pm Eastern on 25 February 2015.
