Small Business Set-Aside: Total Small Business
Description: The 92D Contracting Squadron, at Fairchild AFB, WA has a requirement to purchase winter and summer style boots under solicitation number FA4620-15-T-A017. This acquisition will be solicited using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation. The requirement consists of providing winter and summer style boots on an intermittent, reoccurring basis for SERE instructors assigned to Fairchild. All items will be provided in accordance with all federal, state, local laws and regulations, and the Government User Requirements that are included with the solicitation. Fairchild AFB will award a contract using a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Approach (LPTA) with selection criteria limited to price and past performance. This procurement will be awarded as a fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract consisting of a base and four option periods, as follows: 1. Base Year: 1 Apr 2015 to 30 Sep 2015 2. Option Year 1: 1 Oct 2015 to 30 Sep 2016 3. Option Year 2: 1 Oct 2016 to 30 Sep 2017 4. Option Year 3: 1 Oct 2017 to 30 Sep 2018 5. Option Year 4: 1 Oct 2018 to 30 Sep 2019 This acquisition is set-aside exclusively for small businesses. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 316210 (Footwear Manufacturing) with a small business size standard of 1000 employees or less. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.SAM.gov. Lack of SAM registration will make an Offeror ineligible for award.
