Description

The Contractor shall provide Blood and Related Products and Services for the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Centers (VAMC) in Alexandria and Shreveport, LA. The contractor shall ensure an adequate, readily available supply of blood and/or blood components and related services that are in accordance with standards established by recognized accrediting agencies such as the American Association of Blood Banks (AABB), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and the College of American Pathologists (CAP). Blood and/or blood components must be available 24 hours per day, seven days per week regardless of holidays to ensure an adequate blood supply at all times. This notice includes the solicitation and the solicitation attachments. Please complete the solicitation according to the instruction and return a copy and all supporting documents no later than the response date and time stated.
