Description
SF1442 SOW Reps & Certs Agreement Solicitation The Department of Homeland Security, Nebraska Avenue Complex is a 38 acre complex with 32 buildings. The NAC Cafeteria, Building #14, is in imminent need of repair and restoration to function effectively as a cafeteria/dining facility. The adjacent NAC fitness Center Building #13 is in need of additional reinforcement to the existing substructure (joists) in the crawlspace at the entrance lobby area. The Chief Readiness Support Office (CRSO) has a requirement for new finishes and repairs at the NAC Cafeteria, Building #14. Adding reinforcement to the existing substructure (joists) at the lobby area of the Fitness Center, Building #13, provides improved stability and durability to newly restored lobby floor. Provide all labor, materials, equipment and tools to complete the project as describe in detail in the scope of work. The objective of this project is to provide a solution to address the deficient areas, as quickly as possible therefore minimizing the impact of not having the full use of the dining facility and fitness center for the DHS Nebraska Avenue Complex occupants. The price range for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. All work must be completed within 90 Calendar Days. Contact Project Manager George Brookman for Site Visit.
