- In accordance with Section 3.2.2.4 of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS), the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis for the FAA's decision to contract on a single source basis. The FAA intends to award a contract to Sunhillo Corporation of West Berlin, NJ, using single source procedures to provide Longport PCI-e Express Cards in support of The EnRoute Communications Gateway Interface Processor Technical Refresh Project (Production Phase). A competitive solicitation is not available for this procurement. If your firm does not agree with this single source determination, please provide evidence of your firm's capability and experience in providing the supplies required and the FAA will evaluate accordingly. All responses to this announcement must be sent to the Contracting Officer, Benjamin Tarr, via email by 1:00PM (EST), March 4, 2015. No phone calls.
