- Signed solicitation letter dated Feb. 23, 2015. Standard Form 33 (SF-33). Bangkok Post Life Insurance Services Solicitation # STH20015R0001. This solicitation is ready to be issued on February 23, 2015. The Embassy of the United States in Bangkok, Thailand, will launch the solicitation on FebBizOpps website. This solicitation is for the Life Insurance Services to employees of the Government of the United States of America in Thailand. The resultant contract will be a fixed price with economic-price-adjustment-requirements type contract under which the Government will issue firm-fixed price task orders, for one base year with four one-year options. This solicitation will be issued via FedBizOpps - no paper copies will be mailed. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. ***Electronic proposals submissions will not be accepted.*** The proposal due date will be on April 3, 2015 at 15:00 hours (Bangkok time). The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on initial offer without discussion.
