- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Sill, OK, will conduct an Acquisition Briefing to provide information on the Fires Center of Excellence (FCOE) Training Mission Support (TMS) requirements. This requirement has been previously synopsized in February 2014, and the solicitation will be forthcoming through the MICC Fort Eustis office. This briefing will consist of procurement information slides and briefing on the mission of the FCOE, as related to the requirement. This Acquisition Briefing is not a request for Capability Statements and will not result in any coordinated site visit prior to issuance of a solicitation.
