Description

Section J, Attachment 12, KC-46 MTS Non-Disclosure Agreement The purpose of this notification is to establish the bidder's library for the forthcoming KC-46 Maintenance Training System (MTS) Request for Proposal (RFP). Solicitation number FA8621-14-R-6323 will also be utilized for the RFP. In order to access certain technical data included in the bidder's library associated with the forthcoming KC-46 MTS Request for Proposal (RFP) potential offerors are required to complete and submit the attached sublicense agreement (Section J, Attachment 12). The completed agreement shall be submitted electronically to daniel.andrews@us.af.mil and krissie.denman.1@us.af.mil. The signed agreement will also be updated after award of the MTS contract and will be included as an attachment under section J of the awarded KC-46 MTS contract. Failure to provide the properly completed agreement will result in the inability to access content under the bidder's library. The contractor must provide the required information on pages one (Authorized Representative Name and Company Name) and three (Recipient's Business Name, Signature, Date, and Typed Authorized Recipients Name and Title) of the agreement. No additional modification of the agreement is permitted. Under Attachment 1 of the sublicense agreement offerors are requested to include a list of data being requested. The following statement is already included and shall not be modified: "Access to the contents of the KC-46 MTS bidder's library." No specific Contract Data Requirements List numbers need to be included on the submitted agreement.
