- What: Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Vendor Day Purpose: This event will provide industry with information concerning how to do business with FAA and will assist procurement decision makers in identifying potential Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small business sources. Who May Attend: Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSBs), Registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and verified in VetBiz.gov as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business with one or more of the following NAICS codes listed: 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction 541330 - Engineering Services 541511 Custom Computer Programming Services 541512 Computer Systems Design Services 541513 Computer Facilities Management Services 541519 - Other Computer Related Services 541611 - Administrative Services 541618 - Other Management Consulting Services 561110 - Administrative Management Services 561210 Facilities Support Services Location: FAA Headquarters, 800 Independence Avenue, S.W., Washington, D.C. When: Tuesday, March 24, 2015 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon 8:30 am 9:30 am Elwood R. Pete Quesada Auditorium (Opening Program) 9:45 am 12:00 pm Bessie Coleman Conference Center Attendance is limited to the first 50 Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concerns that respond to this announcement via email to gloria.rosier@faa.gov (first-come-first-served) not later than 3:00 pm on Friday, March 6, 2015. No telephone calls please. Those companies accepted to attend the event will receive an email notification from Ms. Rosier. There is no cost to attend this event, but pre-registration is required. Once maximum attendance capacity (50 SDVOSBs) is reached, registration will be closed. Required Information: Name of Company, Name (limit one representative per company), DUNS Number, U.S. Citizenship (Yes or No). Foreign National Visitors will be required to provide additional information immediately without delay in order to attend by notifying the Small Business Development Program Group. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE CURRENT REGISTRATION IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) and U.S. DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS (VETBIZ) under one or more of the NAICS codes listed above to be eligible to register and attend the event.
