- Army Contracting Command anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about the afternoon of February 26, 2015, for the purchase, delivery, 1 hour training and installation of three (3) 6,500 Ci. Co-60 sources for use in the Government-owned JL Shepherd 484R-2 Irradiator. The subject requirement is a total small business set-aside. Proposals failing to be submitted via this method will be rejected and given no further consideration by the Government.
