- The Air Force Test Center, Installation Operational Contracting Division, Eglin AFB, Florida intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed price contract for a new Mass Notification System for Eglin Main base, also known as the Giant Voice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334290 with a size standard of 750 employees. The Solicitation/Request for Proposal (RFP) number is FA2823-15-R-3005, and is a 100% small business set-aside. All solicitation documents are attached to this notice. Offerors are responsible for monitoring this website for any updates/changes to this solicitation. This acquisition will be solicited in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Subpart 13.5.
