- Provide NSN 1680-01-596-4613, PANEL, INTERIOR LINING, AIRCRAFT. PR 0055864389, CAGE 70210 Honeywell International Inc. Part Number 2308420-1. Quantity of 65 each. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation intends to solicit on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302 to Honeywell International Inc., CAGE 70210. The agency does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. The only approved source for this item is Honeywell International Inc. (CAGE 70210, P/N 2308420-1). Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, who would like to submit a proposal on this item, must submit a complete source approval package (SAR). This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract. The requirement is for 65 each, FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. The required delivery is 170 days ARO. PPIRS applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A letter Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued to the sole approved source. It is anticipated that the award will be made via a delivery order against a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). A copy of the solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board Systems (DIBBS). A copy of this solicitation will only be available to requesters by contacting the POC directly. The anticipated response date is March 31, 2015.
