- Industry Day Rules of Engagement Industry Day PowerPoint Industry Day Notice Vending Machine Listing/Locations Government/NAFI Furnished Property List Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) An Industry Day is being held for the purpose of touring the Base Restaurant facility. The Industry Day will be held on 12 March 2015, 1:00 pm CST. All interested parties planning to attend are directed to notify the POCs by 4:00 pm on 09 March 2015. Notifications should include attendee's name, company name and if a base pass will be needed. Attendees must be US citizens, must have two (2) forms of ID and proof of insurance. Failure to notify may result in non-availability of transportation. All interested parties are urged to attend. Due to space restrictions, only three (3) representatives from each interested company will be allowed to attend the briefing. A shuttle bus will pick up attendees at the Tinker Air Force Base Visitors Center, located at the Air Depot Gate (Air Depot Blvd and Highway I-40) between 12:00 pm and 12:30 pm CST. Attendees will then be transported to buildings 3001 and 9001 to view the Base Restaurant facilities. Attendance at this Industry Day visit will be at the contractor's own expense. Additional information as it becomes available will be posted to this site. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the site frequently for any updates and amendments to any and all documents. All potential offerors are reminded of registration requirements in the System for Award Management (SAM), in accordance with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS) 252.204-7004. All businesses capable of providing these services are invited to respond to this Announcement by the date and time listed above. Any information provided by Industry to the Government as a result of this Announcement and the Market Survey is voluntary; the Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this Announcement.
