Description

RFQ for Crane LMI indicator for M/V BARBARA LOIS This solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) under solicitation number DTMA93Q150004.This requirement is a small business set aside and the NAICS code is 423830. The Department of Transportation (DOT) Maritime Administration (MARAD) intends to purchase new and install 1 Marine Grade Crane LMI indicator, Boom angle & extension indicators and A2B systems. Equipment shall fit Crane brand EBI, Serial # TC-55-100 X 460 - Retractable Boom and meet ANSI, SAE, ASME, OSHA, UL and ISO 9001:2008 Regulations/Certifications. This equipment intended use will be for the Barbara Lois crane to replace existing LMI with comparable model, for The Maritime Administration, Beaumont Reserve Fleet (BRF). All work shall be accomplished while the vessel lay afloat alongside the Beaumont Reserve Fleet access pier. See attached solicitation for details.
