- SF1449 M00263-15-T-0010 SOW M00263-15-T-0010 THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M0026315T0010 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) using the commercial procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12. The Source Selection procedures are in accordance with FAR Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-78 and DFARS Publication 2015022615. The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Recruit Depot- Parris Island, SC intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price, full service maintenance contract for three (3) Xerox D125 Black and White Copiers with Xerox Free-Flow Server, High capacity feeder and Booklet maker finisher and Xerox XC560 Color Copier with one (1) Xerox Free-Flow Server, High capacity feeder, Booklet maker finisher. This solicitation is issued as an unrestricted acquisition. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 811212 with a size standard of $27,500,000. All applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses are contained in SF 1449 M0026315T0010 attached to this synopsis. Offerors responding to this announcement shall submit their quotes in accordance with FAR Part 12 and additional instructions, conditions, and notices to offerors provided in the attached Section L of the SF1449. Offeror shall affirmatively state in their quote that they can provide a certified Xerox technician to support the D125 Black and White and XC560 Color Copier systems. The basis for award is lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). The Government award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of quotes meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for the technical acceptability factor as outlined in Section M of the attached SF1449. The successful offeror must have an acceptable past performance rating. Offers shall be ranked in order of lowest price to highest price. The lowest-prices offer shall be evaluated first. If the lowest-prices offer is technically acceptable, no other offers will be evaluated. Any/all questions on this RFQ shall be received by this office No Later Than March 9, 2015 at 11:00 AM EDT. The closing date and time for this solicitation is March 11, 2015 at 4:30 PM (EDT). Offerors are responsible for ensuring that their submitted quote has been received and is legible. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered by the agency. It is the intent of the Government to issue one award; however, the Government reserves the right to issue multiple awards. Any offer, modification, revision, or withdrawal of an offer received at the Government office designated in the solicitation after the exact time specified for receipt of offers is "late" in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(f). Electronic submission via email is authorized. Please send email to the primary point of contact and copy the secondary point of contact listed below. The written submission must arrive by the stated deadline in order for a proposal to be considered complete and to be evaluated. There is a 5 MB size limitation on email attachments. Failure of any portion of the proposal to arrive by the stated deadline will result in rejection of the entire proposal.
