Contract # HHSM-500-2011-00013B was awarded to Compusearch Software Systems, Inc. in 2011 as a competitive single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This BPA supports/is for... This BPA supports the Comprehensive Acquisition Management System (CAMS), which fulfills CMS' requirements for a reliable, evolving state of the art electronic full lifecycle acquisition management system. CMS is using the exception to fair opportunity described at FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B)to award a new BPA call to obtain PRISM Buyer and Non-Buyer licenses and related operations and maintenance support for the HHS Consolidated Acquisition System (HCAS), the existing PRISM solution used by HHS Office of the Assistant Secretary for Financial Resources (ASFR). The approval to issue this new BPA call is attached.
