Approved sources for this item are Ferrothern Corporation (01993), Metro Machine Works, Inc. (50554), Union Machine Company of Lynn (51992), and General Electric Company (99207). DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Any manufacturer, other than the approved sources, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete Source Approval Request (SAR) package. Solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside; Drawing, Export Control, Configuration Control, Critical Item Application and Government First Article Testing apply. The solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) buy. Stock locations, CLIN 0001 to DODAAC: W62G2T, W1BG DLA Distribution in Tracy, CA for quantity of 479 each, CLIN 0002 - Government First Article Test to DODAAC: FDY2303, Tinker AFB, OK for a quantity of 3 samples. Total Production Quantity is 479 each. Requested delivery is 180 days for Government First Article Test, 90 days Government Evaluation/Notification to Contractor, and 109 days for Delivery of Production Units after First Article approved. PPRIS applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB is Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin for Production Units and with Inspection at Origin and Acceptance at Destination for Government First Article Test; Stock Location; Electronic Offers are not acceptable; Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package. This is not a Critical Safety Item. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction.
