Contract Data Requirements Listings A005 to A006. Safety Requirements Purchase Description (PD) Contract Data Requirements Listings A001 to A004. Figure 1 - B142 IVD Room Request for Quote - SF1449 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. FA8571-15-T-0012. This solicitation is issued under Full and Open Competition. INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS The Government anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract. IAW the provision FAR 52.212-2 contained in the solicitation: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1. Technical Acceptability 2. Price 3. Delivery Schedule The government reserves the right to trade-off price for delivery schedule. SEE FULL RFQ AND ATTACHMENTS FOR DETAILS. Quotations should be emailed to Benjamin Walker ( benjamin.walker.9@us.af.mil ) no later than 06-April-2015, 04:30 pm EST. The anticipated award date is 01-July-2015. Please do not request award status prior to this date.
