Description

The Cincinnati VAMC has a requirement for Solid Waste Removal Services contract. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, applicable licenses and permits, and other items and services necessary to perform refuse removal from the VA Medical Center, 3200 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220; and the VA Nursing Home Care Unit (NHCU) and Domiciliary, 1000 South Fort Thomas Avenue, Ft. Thomas, Kentucky 41075. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, and federal regulations. All landfill fees shall be paid by the contractor. NAICS Code 562111. It will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fedbizopps.gov). All offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package, as no paper copies will be furnished. The solicitation will be made available after March 9, 2015. Offerors will need to click on RFQ VA250-15-Q-0146 solicitation in order to download the solicitation documents. Submit all questions to the contract specialist, Mary Lu Gilbert via email at marylu.gilbert@va.gov by March 13, 2015. Please submit all offers to Contract Specialist, Mary Lu Gilbert, either via mail at Network Contracting Office 10, 260 East University Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45219, email at marylu.gilbert@va.gov, or fax at 513-559-3730. The response date for this solicitation is March 20 by 2:00pm EST. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after closing.
