Description

Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Affairs medical Center (VAMC)-Ann Arbor Healthcare System, is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order to buy currently leased LAN equipment in support of the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105. NAICS Code 334210, size standard is 1000 employees. The Government intends, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(i), to negotiate on a sole source basis with UNICOM Government Inc., 2553 Dulles View Dr., Suite 100 Herndon, VA 20171 for this procurement due to the equipment already located at the facility and the end of the lease term approaching. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, requested by the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI in strict accordance with the terms and conditions of the resultant purchase order. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
