Description

This notice is a revision to the pre-solicitation synopsis which originally was posted on 22 December 2014. All the particulars from the original synopsis remain unchanged, with the exception of the estimated response date which has been revised outward but remains only a projected date. In addition, the estimated hours by functional category have been revised as set forth below: The anticipated functional categories and estimated labor hours (LOE) required are as follows: Strategic 90,000 hours per year Program Management: 320,000 hours per year Financial: 680,000 hours per year Business Systems: 350,000 hours per year Training: 90,000 hours per year Total LOE: 1,530,000 hours per year Total 5-year LOE: 7,650,000 labor hours These numbers are estimates only. The hours given in the resultant RFP may differ, as may the response date.
