- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is W912P9-15-Q-0019 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-80 dated 02 Mar 2015. This requirement is being solicited as full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is 238120 with a Small Business Size Standard of $15.0 Million. The basis of award will be Firm Fixed Price. Additionally, Offerors must quote on all items to be eligible for award. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation requirements. The following is a description and list of items requested under this RFQ: The contractor shall design, engineer, fabricate, deliver, and install a pre-engineered and prefabricated entry station to the Ray Behrens Recreation Area at Clarence Cannon Dam and Mark Twain Lake, located 10 miles south of Monroe City, MO 63456. Required delivery is 70 calendar days after receipt of award. The Entry Station shall be delivered to the work site shown on Appendix E-1, at Clarence Cannon Dam and Mark Twain Lake. Normal working days for the Contractor to deliver the entry station shall be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The entry station shall be delivered between 0730 hours and 1300 hours Central Standard Time. The Contractor shall coordinate the delivery of the enry station a minimum of seven calendar days prior to shipping. Complete specifications are issued with this combined synopsis/solicitation as an attachment. The Line Item schedule is shown below.
