Description

Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System, (SLVHCS), 1601 Perdido Street, New Orleans, LA 70112 requires a contract to provide services as part of its Homeless and Substance Abuse Programs for Female Veterans and intends to enter into a sole source contract with Resources for Human Development. This announcement constitutes the only notice issued; a separate written solicitation will NOT be issued. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.301, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A justification for other than full and open competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. The NAICS 623220 applies with a size standard of $15 Million. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will consider all responses to this notice by 2:00 p.m. (CST) March 27, 2015. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a contract award.
