- Brand Name Only Requirement, please do not respond with substitutions. Statement of Work for annual software support/maintenance for HP Autonomy Software Suite which includes: V-V0150-WIN VideoLogger; V-A0300-WIN SoftSound Voice Analysis; V-A0203-NT SoftSound Transcript Alignment; V-MS100-000 MediaSync; V-C0100-NT Control Center Server; V-VSARCH-000 VS Archive. 1. The contractor shall provide software updates, patches, and major and minor software versioning Software updates "Updates" means bug fixes, patches, and new Major and Minor Versions made generally available by HP Autonomy, its assignees, or successors, to customers with active, current support contracts. When HP Autonomy releases updates to certain HP Autonomy Software and reference manuals, Contractor shall make them available electronically. Media type may be selectable. Required access codes and license keys are made available directly or through provided instructions. Patches As new patches become available, Contractor will post them to Support Center for easy access. For select non-branded Patches HP Autonomy Software products, contractor will provide instructions on how to obtain the patch through the original software manufacturer. Major and minor software versioning Major Version Update would typically include major enhancements or new functionality. A Minor Version Update would typically include functional enhancements. 2. The contractor shall provide online support Online support includes 24x7 access to the Support Center, updates, and profile management. The Support Center will provide access to a knowledge database, including information regarding known symptoms and proposed solutions, specifications, and technical literature. 3. The contractor shall provide access to technical resources Access to technical resources includes assistance in resolving software or operational problems via Support Center or telephone. 4. The contractor shall provide advanced self-solve Advanced self-solve includes expanded search parameters that enable flexible search methods and searching for specific products and versions. Search attempts will be added to case history, allowing engineers to detect the problems.
