- Synopsis - Medical Equipment Maintenance (W81K00-15-T-0147) The Biomedical Engineering Department at the San Antonio Military Medical Center (SAMC), Joint-Base San Antonio--Fort Sam Houston, Texas has a requirement for Medical Equipment Maintenance for the period 1 April 2015 - 31 May 2015. This requirement will be solicited as an Unrestricted, Full and Open Competitive procurement. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 811219, Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The Small Business Administration's size standard for NAICS 811219 is $20.5 Million. Contractor shall provide services for Medical Equipment Maintenance as described in the solicitation. The services provided for Medical equipment maintenance manufactured by Draeger shall be in accordance with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) standards. The solicitation number is W81K00-15-T-0147. The solicitation will be available on 19 March 2015, at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation_search_form.cfm) and FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). Prospective offerors are advised that if tentatively selected for award, they must register with the System for Award Management (SAM) (http://www.sam.gov) and obtain a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to any award being made. The solicitation will close on 30 March 2015. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be physically issued, and telephone and faxed requests for the solicitation will not be honored.
