- HDEC04-15-R-0013 Solicitation This requirement is to maintain and repair miscellaneous food processing (MFP) equipment located at the following commissaries: Altus AFB OK, Fort Sill OK, Tinker AFB OK, Vance AFB OK, Sheppard AFB TX. The contractor will provide all labor,supervision, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, permits and any other necessary items to keep MFP equipment operable. This is not a unique requirement and there are no mandatory source requirements. MFP equipment located at these locations will be maintained and repaired under a hybrid contract which will consist of a firm fixed price for preventative maintenance and time and material (T&M) for unscheduled repairs. Maintenance and repair of MFP equipment has previously been solicited for many years by DeCA. The previous contract which expired August 31, 2012 was awarded as a Firm Fixed Price contract under award # HDEC04-10-C-0022 to United Technologies Services.
