Description

The contractor shall provide hotel accommodations for approximately 80 individuals (which requires lodging, audio-visual, and meeting rooms for briefings) during the period of July 14, 2015 through July 16, 2015. Qualified establishments shall be located in Montgomery County, Maryland within 0.2 miles walking distance of a Metro Station between Friendship Heights Metro Station and the Twinbrook Metro Station, on the "Red Line." The hotel shall be in Montgomery County, Maryland within 7.5 miles driving distance of the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) Headquarters in Bethesda, MD. Establishments who do not provide proposals based on receipt and review of the statement of work will be deemed non-responsive. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to provide contracted services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 721110, Size Standard $30.0M. The anticipated date of release for the Request for Quotation (RFQ) is March 31, 2015. All responsible sources who are registered with System for Award Management (SAM) and meet the mandatory location requirements may request a copy of the RFQ via email at rsmith@cpsc.gov. No telephonic requests for copies of the RFQ will be accepted.
