Description

Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Northern Regional Contracting Office (NRCO), Fort Belvoir, VA, intends to issue a sole source blank purchase agreement to Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics, Inc. in the estimated amount of $731,530.05 to purchase various reagents in conjunction with the rental of the ECiQ Analyzer and the Vitros 4600 Analyzer for Dunham US Army Health Clinic Carlisle Barracks, PA. This notice is not a request for proposal. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications. Responses must be submitted via email, to include the company's name, point of contact, address, phone number, DUNS number, Tax ID, business size, CAGE code and solicitation number. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. Information can be sent to the Contract Specialist Mr. Wesley Harris, wesley.j.harris15.civ@mail.mil. All responses must be received by 30 March 2015. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
