Description

Synopsis: This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a request for proposals or quotes. This document does not obligate the Government to award a contract. The purpose of this document is not to provide notice of the Governments' intent to post a future solicitation. Responses to this announcement will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After the responses to this announcement are reviewed the Government may issue a Request for Quote solicitation for Contract under NAICS code 721110. Annual Recognition Luncheon Event Date: April 29, 2015 Ramada Inn Conference Center 542 Rt. 9 Fishkill, NY 12524. A buffet set-up; a venue that is handicapped accessible with ample free parking; the rental fee for the catering facility; the availability of specific date and time required; the ability to host the event from 9:00am - 3:00pm; the set-up and clean-up of the catering facility; the provision of stage, and the podium and PA System. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office 3, is conducting preliminary market research to determine the market capabilities of potential contractors for Catering Services Contract at the Hudson Valley VAMC. If your organization has the ability to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, CAGE code, DUNS number, and business size and type according to this NAICS code; and 2) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the above-listed services are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice by 12:00 pm (EST) on March 26, 2015.
